Street tacos?

Hey y'all-

I'm looking for a chicken street taco that doesn't require the use of a crock pot. What's your fave recipe?

You could boil or bake chicken ((with the bone in)(if you bake, bake it covered low and slow with salt and pepper) when it's done, shred chicken and cook in sauce pan w spices; garlic powder, onion powder or taco seasoning.
- serve over warm tortillas w salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese
- Or you could serve them on warm tortillas w shredded cabbage and thousand island or ranch
