Need recipe for a diet soup with taste! Vegetables, cabbage type.

I'm not a fan of the "cabbage soup diet," or whatever name it's going by these days, if that's what you're looking for.

I'm doing the cabbage soup diet right now. I am losing weight on it and more importantly I've learned that I do like fruits and vegetables. You'd think as old as I am I would know better to eat them. I would like to keep losing after I'm done with this diet a little nervous cuz I won't have anything to go by.

Lentil or bean based soup are pretty low calorie and more filling.
My family particularly likes these:
Lemon Lentil soup
Minestrone
Black Bean and rice
Fassolatha

Add things like garlic, onion, lemon juice, lime juice, herbs, spices, or salt to add flavor to soups.
