First Bikini Comp 6 weeks out!

Looking for tips for 6 weeks out to lose the last 10lbs! Any help much appreciated!

    Check Your Calorie Intake In Relation To Your Bodyweight, Protein Intake, Training Intensity, And Sleep! And Just Stay Consistent And Youll Do Great, 6 Weeks Is Plenty Of Time To Get Where you Want!

    Do you have a trainer? At this point they should be the only one you are listening to. They would have followed your progress from the start and would know what is reasonable for you. As for losing 10 pounds in 6 weeks, that would depend on if you're looking to lose all fat or if you are counting the water weight you should drop in the days right before the show. The faster you lose when you are lean the more of that will come from muscle. Most people who compete lose a little lean mass towards the end anyway, but rushing the loss to make a specific show is a bad idea. This really all comes down to having a good trainer and listening to them.
