Calorie dense meals
Guys I'm trying to bulk, I'm 22, 5'11 and weigh 10 stone, my goal is to be 11 stone an the app tells me to eats 3000 a day, I usually get to 2700! I work in Nandos part time which helps but ofc I avoid chips.
Does anyone know any great calorie dense meal I can make to help me bulk up?

Add avocados to your meals and eat peanut butter or nuts1

Stop avoiding the chips? Seriously just eat some and then you'd hit your 3000 calories.0

Oils are calorie dense. Eat the chips. Also more butter, bacon, peanut butter, cheese, mayo.0

Fats like peanut butter, nuts, avocado, cheese etc
Full fat milk, protein powder, dried fruit, smoothies, energy bars/balls etc. there a plenty of convenient calorie dense foods0
