How many pieces of potato wedges equal 2/3 cup? I'm going to have 1 serving of them which is 2/3 cup but don't have a food scale..its hard to just use a measuring cup so how do I estimate one serving of potato wedges? They. Are 110 calories per serving

I'd probably take a guess at about half a small/medium potato for 110 cals of wedges. So, maybe 4 chunky wedges or so, more if they are small. It would be a pretty rough guess though, I don't eat wedges very often.0

Guess high, and you shall be fine Think about them squished together.
Also, check out https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/generic/white-potato-french-fries-from-frozen-deep-fried?portionid=20884&portionamount=1.000
You might be able to modify the portion amounts.1 -
If you have a scale, use convertunits.com to convert from cups to grams, and enter 0.666 cups. It will be 156 g, by the way. If you don't have a scale, put the wedges in a measuring cup and guess. That's all the cups are good for anyway.1
