Does anyone do this? I do the yoga portion but do not find anything on here for that? How could I log that?

I don't know if it's technically correct or anything, but I've logged Wii Fit Plus yoga exercises as "Wii Fit exercise (beginner or low intensity)." Note that you can just log plain ol' "Yoga" but I personally choose to keep my Wii Fit stuff grouped together to make it easier.

I do the same thing....log it under Wii Fit low intensity. The Wii Fit program tells you how many calories you have burned as well, so you can just change the number of calories burned if it's different.
  • I do EA Active for the Wii, which is similar and have also been logging it in as the Wii Fit beginner-advanced intensity depending on what I do. I am hoping to see some more stuff pop up since whenever I search for the strengthening exercises they don't come up.

I use "Stretching, hatha yoga" for Wii Fit yoga and the plus routines where it picks the different exercises for you.

Hi, I also do the Wii Active but I log it as low impact aerobics. The Wii active tells you how many calories you have burned and how long it has taken and to be honest its not far off. I did 57 mins and burned 472 cals on the low impact it showed as 56 mins so I am happy with that....after all its the calories that count ;o)

I do the Wii Fit + Yoga several times a week and I just created an exercise entry titled "Wii Fit + Yoga". I chose that in my exercise list and then add the minutes I worked out and then add the cals burned since it shows me once I'm done.

    Hope this makes sense. :flowerforyou:
