I have lost 2 and half stone done by slimming world. Needed a change now I keep putting on.
I am a very busy person so I am going to give mfp to track the next part of my journey, plus scanning the barcode of food is so much faster when I have no time.
Anyone else need that 4 stone gone? Please add me and we can do this together X
