Over on Macros, under on cals- what?

Options
Hi,
If I have gone over all my Macros, but still showing as under my calories, does that mean I have logged incorrectly?

Probably a bad entry or two.

Open your food diary. Some experts can help you spot that mistake.

In theory it shouldn't be possible, but all it takes are a few database entries where the macro contents aren't totally correct and that could cause this. Remember the database is a wiki and some people don't pay attention to what they're typing in.

Hmm. Have checked everything in my diary, still showing 33g of protein left but only 13 cals.
But if I've gone over on other things that might make sense

oh dear. I will check it.
That was a cheat day so I'm not too bothered if its totally accurate tbh.
I've been going through every entry and checking against the package/ websites, so I'm getting there.

    So you can validate yourself.

Carbs & Protein are 4 calories per gram
Fat is 9 calories per gram
