Starting again this morning

Lost about 30 lbs last year. Recently put 2-5 back on but I'm starting fresh again today.
Logging my food and getting more active.
The first 2 weeks are always the hardest for me, as it's getting used to a new routine and lifestyle.

Birth control has made me more moody lately and that doesn't help things either, as I tend to use food as a coping mechanism.

Support, friends, etc are very welcome.

    Good job getting back to a healthy lifestyle! I also use food as a coping mechanism, so I definitely understand where you're coming from. I'm trying to lose those last 10 post pregnancy lbs. good luck!
