Been doing this for about a month - on point during the week, all goes to heck over the weekend, so effectively, I'm just maintaining. Just venting but if anyone has suggestions (this is really all mental) let me know!

Try to eat at more of a deficit during the week to account for weekend splurges?!? You could also skip breakfast to save calories for a dinner/drinks out...0

What are you doing differently during the week that you're not doing on the weekend or vice versa? If it's purely schedule, try packing your lunch like you would for work. You can put your lunch and snacks in the fridge and have the mindset that that is what you're going to eat, just like you would if you were at work.2

Use the food diary to plan your whole day of eating. Do your shopping in advance of the weekend. Know what you can have, and what you will have, then have it. Include a couple of treats and snacks. It takes a while to get control of the weekend, but you can do it.0

If you find yourself eating more than you plan to on a weekend, maybe your overall goal is simply too low and you're hungry. The BEST way for me personally to not binge on unplanned food is to never actually get myself to the point where I'm so hungry anything sounds good.
Also, if I'm planning to have a few drinks, I need a plan ahead of time for when I get a craving for food that's off-plan. Usually this means eating ahead of time before I have drinks with friends, so I can simply say "no, I ate before I came."0
