Looking for advice and tips. I have a few. Drink water, makes you less hungry. Motivate yourself by motivating others. Lift, not to much, 3 days a week and start off slow. It builds muscle mass and tones. Don't be discouraged if you see weight gain it muscle, that's a good thing. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a snack. Turkey is good, chicken is too. I eat mine with light ranch and mozzarella cheese and sometimes make raps. Any other tips from you all?

    Outside of newbie gains, it's pretty difficult to gain muscle while in a calorie deficit. Meal timing/frequency is personal preference.

    Tip: buy and use a food scale to weigh everything
