Encouragement?

I'm super close to a huge goal! Friday is my birthday and I am hoping to weigh in at 179lbs, meaning I will have lost 100lbs! I'm usually NEVER about the numbers, but this is an exciting milestone. I have about 20-30 more lbs to lose after that, but still! I've gotten close before and sabotaged myself, but I am determined! I am getting to this milestone! Any advice/encouragement/support/kinds words are definitely needed and appreciated! I need all the support I can get! Thanks myfitness pals!

    Yay! That certainly is a monumental achievement. My advice would be to reward yourself with a new shirt/pair of jeans. Growing up I would always celebrate with food, and that is a bad habit to get into. No food ever tasted as great as losing weight felt. Good luck!

    What are you doing to celebrate losing 100 lbs? Perhaps find something to reward yourself with? My birthday was last week and I treated myself to a zipline tour as a reward, I have lost enough to be well under their weight limit :) I've got a list of things that are potential rewards when I get to where you are!

    I didn't think about a reward! I love it though! I used to plan rewards when I first started losing weight, but I never met my goals! But, I just might take your advice and give myself a little something! Thanks! :)
