I do not always weigh all of my food, but I DO always use the spell checker.4

I weigh and measure very little but I've also been doing this long enough to feel like my estimations are close enough. I weighed things more often early on although I've always personally preferred eyeballing... as long as I'm honest and don't try to cheat myself I find that's enough to get results.0

Yeah i know, it was tongue in cheek I weigh everything I eat, except for eggs as they usually always the same size.0 -

I never weigh my food. Ever.0

I've never owned a food scale, and probably never will. It hasn't impacted weight control, so I have to assume my "guesstimates" balance out reasonably well.
But do what works for you. For some putting that food on a scale might be a mental motivation just as much as a more accurate measurement.0 -
Not any more, apart from occasionally weighing pasta/rice... but I've been maintaining my goal weight for 3 years - after a while it gets easy to eyeball portions.1
