I have found the best way to stay on track with an exercise routine is to always do something. No matter how small, go out of your way to do a few jumping jacks or run in place for a few minutes. Everyday I am going to submit a small challenge. If you happen to get around to doing it at some point during your day, comment and let the rest of us know. These challenges will be small and easy to do. If you can do more, do more and share it so that others will be encouraged to do the same.

Additional Challenge: Double it.

    Done! I did 3 sets of 20 with no weights - and I'm surprised at how much I felt that burn. Awesome challenge :)
    I'll try and get another 3 sets in sometime during the day.

    It's taken me 2 days to not be groaning when I get up lol my poor legs! Tempted to do it again though :)
