Guess I should tell you about myself. I and almost 30 years old, 5ftp, and 170lbs, I have 3 children 7,5,3. My weight seems to yoyo and I've never lost and kept off any significant amount of weight...until now! When I went up to help my mom in February I weighed myself on my sisters scale(it is correct) and was 193. I had already lost a few lbs due to simply watching what I eat and my portions. I weighed myself last night and I weigh 170! I still may not keep up with my meal input like I should all the time but I do hope to lose around 40 more lbs. Thanks for all the awesome support!

That is so awesome!!!. Keep it up, you can lose 40 lbs. If you can try to get some exercise in and don't eat back the calories you burn when exercising.0
