Looking for support to stay on track. Need incentives, ideas & encouragement. Have had 2 complete knee replacements within 7 months. Last one only 7 weeks ago. Hope to start aquafit this week. Not able to walk great distances yet. Need helpful calorie ideas to keep my calories down. I will do my best to give you the support &encouragement you need also! Josie
