Not right. You will have to restart. Uninstall the app and start again. I had to do this, and lost what progress I had, but I have a more accurate goals started now.

If you are trying to lose weight, 1500 calories a day, if you are a woman (my apologies if I am mistaken, I can not tell for your login name), with macros of 50% protein, 30%carbs and 20% fat, would work for the beginning. You don't want to eat below 1200.
The optimum is to eat as much as you can while making progress, and 1500 -1600, is a good start, because it will allow to go lower if you need it.

Double check to make sure you reentered your weight correctly

thats not going to work for everyone and may not for her(looked at profile).as for those micros, again may not work for everyone. it depends on her height, weight, and how much she has to lose, activity level and how much she sets her loss at. this is not a one size fits all type of thing.

op put in your stats, activity level, how much you want to lose and go from there. if you have less than 50 lbs to lose set it at .5lbs loss a week, anything more than 50 you can set at 1lb a week and over 100lbs to lose1.5- 2lbs a week
