My first experience with I.F was good and bad. I did manage to lose some weight but I was going over my macros every couple of days, not on purpose but it happened none the less. So I stopped and the weight returned. I’m ready to try it again this time with a whole new mindset and dedication.
I’ve decided to stick with a 15:9 window to start off because I want to see how this will affect my work day. I’ll be eating a lot better and staying within my macros thanks to this app, so I’m definitely looking forward to seeing progress. Not to mention, I’m doing HIIT workouts 3x a week and trying stick to my guns.
I’ll be back to update my progression.
