Goal Setting

When I started my weight loss journey my setting was on stationary. I'm wondering if I need to change this.
I excerise daily 35 min cardio and then streghth training. I do have a job where I sit often. I do not excerise most weekends but to my 2nd job.
What should my activity level be (light active or active). I have been losing up to a 1-2 on my current calorie restriction but wonder if I'm doing it right.
Thanks

Exercise is not included in your activity level. Stick with sedentary plus however many of your exercise calories you've been eating back.2
