What to eat?

I want to eat healthier again but this time I am allergic to eggs, potatoes, corn which is in practically everything and cantaloupe. I hace my snacks down but need breakfast ideas and dinner ideas besides meat with rice and veggies as it is getting boring. Thank you.

That leaves every other grain than corn, every other starchy vegetable but potato, every other protein than eggs, and every fruit besides cantaloupe, in addition to all nuts and seeds, vegetables, dairy and fats? Google [recipe + ingredients], or meals/dishes you want to make?1

I second kommodevaran's opinion. There are so many foods that you could practically eat a new recipe every day for a year without having to eat any of the things you are allergic to.
Here are just a few random things off the top of my recipe box that don't contain the things you are allergic to:
QUINOA WITH MANGO AND CURRIED YOGURT
WATERMELON, FETA, AND ARUGULA SALAD WITH BALSAMIC GLAZE
Grilled salmon with chilli glaze & lime crème fraîche
EGGPLANT PIZZA
TURKEY SHAWARMA WITH TOMATO RELISH AND TAHINI SAUCE
FARRO SALAD WITH PEAS, FAVAS, ARUGULA AND TOMATOES

To make keeping track of your recipes easier you could use an app called "Yummly" and could use their bookmarklet (all you have to do is drag it to your browser's bookmarks bar) and then whenever you come across an interesting recipe all you need to do is click the bookmarklet to add that recipe to your recipe box. They also have an app so you could access your recipe box on the go.0
