Just discovered the community on this app and just wanted to introduce myself. I've had this app for a few months but never used it....only really started using it about 1 week and a half ago, its amazing, already seeing changes. Ive recently started a ketogenic diet, in the hope of weight loss and muscle definition, i've always been a regular gym go-er, hoping to finally acheive abs. Since ive only started the ketogenic diet, if anyone has some tips it would be appreciated
