Ive heard a small amount per day speeds up metabolism... is there any truth to this?

    Since Cinnamon increases insulin's capacity to metabolize sugar - cinnamon may help reduce hunger pains and sugar cravings, which could help reduce weight.     If this is true then my metabolizm must be SPEEDING ! I love cinnamon and I must say I eat about 2 tablespoons a day and put it on everything ! I also heard it levels out your insulin levels if you eat it with something high in sugar.

    I just put it in with my nutribullet smoothie! Along with almonds, kale,spinach, a pear, and almond milk. Even if it has no effect it tastes great!
