Okay, so today I did awesome, and the days before I was eating a lot and gained some weight back, like 5lbs! I hadn't been exercising as much and stopped all together and today I did great, although I didn't exercise, but then my will power snapped and the entire planets food supply was was in my mouth. Now I'm a little angry at myself and want to hit my head through a wall, but I am not discouraged, or not to the point of giving up. I don't really mind eating in moderation and everything, I just fell off track and now it's a little rough to get back on but I'm too scared to give up and gain all the weight back to fully give up. I mean tomorrow I can go again and do awesome and then the rest of the days after that. So even if you fall off track like I did you can always start off better tomorrow. I mean seriously, I did not just fall off track, I fell off and broke all my limbs, but if you mess up you just need to stay positive and keep going. So yeah.
P.S. Sorry if you can't find your food I probably ate it all.

Your post made me laugh so hard!! Not because I'm laughing at you, but because I COMPLETELY know where you're coming from! Just remember that tomorrow is another day. Losing weight (at least for me) is about a lifestyle change. If I don't recognize my bad eating habits and change them into good ones (long term), I'll yo-yo forever. It's not fun. So just know that you have tomorrow to make better choices, and DO NOT beat yourself up over it. It'll make you feel worse and more motivated to eat! We should be friends on here, btw, because you made me laugh a lot!0
