I challenge you to do SOMETHING everyday for 30 days. Just post each day what you did. It can be anything. A full work out, 10 push ups, 20 squats, horseback riding, walking your dog, running in place....what ever it is, long as you do SOMETHING everyday.

Day 10 - Got that metabolic aftershock video AND beginners balance ball viedo in, but as I was saddling the horse I got a call to come pick up my best friends dog to dog sit while she is in California.

It is taking EVERYTHING I have in me not to weigh in. I have had to make several trips to the medical department, passing that stupid scale. I had to put a belt on to keep my size 20 jeans up! I have had 4 different people ask if I have lost weight. I am wearing a shirt I have not worn in forever (without spanks anyway) and I went up a hook on my bra. BAM!
