Accurate calorie loss?

When you exercise do you log it according to the calories MFP tells you that your burned or the machine (the ones that tell you)? I don't know which is more accurate? There usually isn't a huge difference but 15/20 calories can add up! Thank you!

in all honesty 15-20 calories in a session is lost in the noise.
The main thing is to use one method consistently, and test and adjus according to your progress. If you're losing faster than planned then account for less, if slower than planned, account for more.
Seeking accuracy is a bit of a waste of time in this world as there are so many sources of variation.2
