4 years ago, I successfully lost 50 pounds. I was single, had an at home job, and lived with my parents. It was easy to find the time to exerise everyday, to eat properly, portion control and track my calories.

Fast track to now.. I've regained 70, 2 children, near full time job outside of the home, all meals are quick or processed, I lack any real knowledge in nutrition, lets not even talk about how freaking picky my kids are. So even cooking is a chore.
Just thinking about the failure I feel like Ive become puts me in such a horrible rutt. I dont know where to begin anymore.

Im looking for new friends to help me along this new journey, to a new me. I want to be a better role model, to not only my children.. But to myself.

Add me if you like. You can get where you want to be it's all how you are mentally. Kids are a lot of stress & headaches but I believe changing your eating habits will give you more energy. Working out will help you relax more. You can do it!
