No carbs challange

Log your food every day but no carbs at all so this for 3 weeks. Take a picture at the beginning of this challenge and at the end to see your results. And on the last day share with your friends how much you lost. If this doesn't help you diet and make healthier choices then I don't know what will... Actually there are a lot of other ways to I just want to try this too. You get one cheat say out of the week which ever say you would like. Just make sure your portion size is just right.

Can you clarify if you really mean that the challenge is to eat nothing but meat for 3 weeks? In particular no vegetables at all?1
