How many steps do you guys average in a day during an 8 hour shift? I'm not allowed to keep my phone on me while working so my phone doesn't keep track /:

    My sister is a waitress in a busy restaurant, she has told me she gets anywhere between 15000 and 20000 in an 8 hour shift. xo

    You could also consider investing in a Fitbit , then you would have the guesswork taken out..I LOVE mine!

    Mine has changed everything...last vanity pounds gone...activity level has increased from sedentary to Active...and my sleep minutes are up from 5 hours max a nite in December, to 8 almost every nite now. Obviously I did the work, but the Fitbit gave me the daily data to work with..Good luck to you!! xo
