Unemployed and recovering from shoulder surgery

I need big time help and motivation! I was let go from job I had for 10 years in February and had soul crushing surgery in March. I've gained 10 pounds since March and was already a bit overweight anyway. I would love any easy tips to get me thinks about food and moving more!
