I haven't hit one yet,but I just wanna be prepared for when one comes. How do you get over it? Drink more water? Eat less food? Exercise more? Or do you have to wait it out? I have absolutely no idea.

When I hit a plateau...and only then...I cut out carbs and go protein and veggies... no sugars or carbs at all. It seems to work well for me. Otherwise I eat pretty normally... eating everything and just watching the calories.

Honestly, you just have to wait it out... and it kinda sucks

I've seen, and experienced, eating more can break a plateau....depending on what your calorie level is. If it's low, eating more can help.

Eat more...or eat less. Either way, you shake up your metabolism. :)
