Veggie sushi...no fridge!

Hey..so I just wanted to know if my vegetarian sushi would keep or if I better not risk it.

I wanted to take homemade veg. sushi (quinoa, rosted nori, carrots and rice vinegar) to work but I forgot I don't have access to the fridge. I go to work at 12 and eat around 2 or 3...would it be okay to eat since it's just veg or is it still a no no? lol

    i used to take mine to work and not worry about it; I got there at 6:30 and didn't eat until 11:00. I know that's anecdotal, but I'm still around.

    I doubt you'll have a problem if you washed the vegis before you prepped the food. You can get an insulated lunch bag and pack an ice pack with your food if you don't have a fridge. Or freeze a bottle of water to help keep it cool.
