Hello everybody, im Nikola from Serbia.
My goal is to lose fat, i started going to gym in April 4 and since then lost 6 kg from 81kg to 75kg. I am on Intermittent Fasting right now and i find it as an amazing way do stay in calorie deficit. I would recommend it to everyone. My goal is to lose around 3kg of fat more so i can have abs and nice definition . Im so happy that i joined your community. Wish me good luck ;)
