Hello everyone! Martial artist and future Muay Thai fighter and future pharmacist here! I weigh 125 lbs and it's a healthy weight for me, I just want to change what I eat and how much carbs, calories, and proteins I'm getting because I'm not getting enough. What foods do you recommend that I eat? Thank you
