Does anyone do T-Tapp, Oxycise, LifeLift or Body Flex? How do you record this?

Pick a general category: general aerobics, low impact aerobics, circuit training, Pilates, strength training, etc. There are some brand name exercises in the MFP database, but that doesn't make the estimated calorie burn any more accurate.
For a calorie burn estimate always look in the cardiovascular section. Most people eat back 50-75% to account for error. Pick a %.....live with that awhile, see how it compares with your expected weight loss number. Then adjust up or down.0
