Is any one here relapsing from an ed? If you are how did your relapse tricked or what triggered it?

    I suffer from BED (Binge Eating Disorder) and I couldn't say I've had relapses, since I've not been recovering yet. But today I had a, thankfully rather small, binge which was probably triggered by stress and the fact that my plans were destroyed today due to very sudden lower back pain. I'm very bad at adapting to changes, mostly because I have a disturbed mind fighting both an eating disorder and my bipolarity.

    I'll jump back into good eating tomorrow and continue doing my best to beat Ed.
