Sleep. How much do you get?

I get 7 hours most nights. For me, it matters less how many hours of sleep I get and more what time I wake up. If I can sleep until 7:30 I feel well rested, even if I stayed up late. If I get woken up by my kids at 6:30 I'm freakin exhausted even if I still got 8 hours.
I work out in the afternoon. If I work out in the morning I barely have the energy to move no matter how many hours of sleep I got.0
