Hello

My name is norena, I live on the Wa coast and I am trying to get fit!
I am 26 with 2 beautiful kids! I wass getting fit for my wedding but now I am doing it more for my kids. I want to live a healthy lifestyle for them and be healthy! I have started lifting weights and I am hooked! Its my thing now but I am not losing weight I am dtaying between 236 and 238...any tips or advice is more than welcome.
I want to lose this gut and its not happening but I do notice my arms and legs are getting more muscles. Im starting to bulk just gotta drop the fat HELP!!!!
