Hello there, I am seeing positive changes in me are you? I think I forgot about little steps towards this health journey of mine..like, I can lift 10 pound Kettlebells, a month ago it was 5..i can walk 9 Miles a day now beginning of this year was 7..i have energy thru the day, drink all my water intake..just wanted to share that it all begins with those little steps..you can do, whatever your goals are..
