Workout routines

There are so many short segment exercise routine such as "7 minuste daily workout" or even "30 days ab workout" type of things advertised everywhere now. I pin them all on my Pinterest board but never really tried it...( well, I try but never end up finishing is the problem). I would like to know what you'all think about these short segment routine exercises. I personally like "short" exercise but I can never seem to get it done... why is that....

    Any exercise is better than none. The best exercise is the one you'll do. If you want to string together 10 unrelated videos of 7 minutes each, that works as well as any other combo.

    perhaps! Most of trouble is "to actually do it", I guess.

    You are lacking motivation to actually do the exercise? Maybe you should schedule a time with a friend to do the workouts?

    Do you have specific goals and direction? If not, it can be really difficult to motivate yourself to do workouts as you can't see the point.

    If you do have direction, perhaps these workouts don't match up with the plan, and therefore you aren't really motivated to do them.

    Are you expecting results more quickly than you've been getting them? This could be another barrier to motivation.

    Are you bored doing workouts via video? Maybe you need other people to push you a bit, as Joanna says above.

    My short point is it seems like you need to do some re-evaluation of your goals and plan. Good luck!
