Hi everyone just want to do an intro and reach out for support in my weight loss journey. My name is Erica and I hv been struggling to lose this weight I put on after I left the army. I'm really frustrated with myself and my lack of will power so here am trying again. I hope this will be the last time I hv to try I'm ready to succeed.

    Ericka, making the decision to do something about your weight is the first step on your weight loss journey. Congratulations! You are doing just that.

    I don't know how much you have to lose but I can tell you what was successful for me in the past.

    Break your loss into small sections. For instance, make you first goal to lose 5 pounds, then 5% of your current weight, then 10% and so on.

    I lost 42 pounds 7 years ago by doing just that. I'm back on track because I gained back ten and vow to lose it.

    Nothing tastes as good as feeling healthy and fit, nothing.
