I am heavier than I have ever been. Got a fit bit and do between 3000 and 5000 steps let day. I want to get to 10000 within a month. I am starting to eat better. I am going to use this to trackfood and see if it helps. I need to lose about 125 pounds. Anyone out there want to help each other stay motivated?
