    3 things that helped my binge eating and it is 5 months now that I've been able to control myself: 1. Medication- Vyvanse prescribed from my Psychiatrist 2. Lots of water 3. Continue eating foods you enjoy but watch the portion and incorporate it as a balanced meal plan. I didn't go full healthy style eating from the start, but have been able to continuously reduce/eliminate bad food out of my diet. Family used to be wary about leaving their leftover portion in the fridge to eat next day because I would eat it late night
