    I wouldn't go bk to my twenties either. My teen years yes! Thirties has been most rewarding!

    Mentally, the Dirty 30s have been pretty awesome. Physically?!? Urgh! So much harder to keep fit. So thankful for the mental clarity and wisdom, but I wish I would've treated my body better in my 20s!

    32... 33 in a few weeks. Always feel like I am in my 20's inside, but then I look at my kids and they remind me that I am "old".
    I have found it to be a little harder to lose weight in my 30's. And after having the kiddos has made a difference too.
