Can you tell?

So here's a photo (I'm so so sorry you have to see this), but I'm just wondering. Can you tell a difference? Sometimes it's so hard to see it in ourselves and I'm really having trouble with it. This is about 13ish lbs difference. In the first one I had lost about 7 already, but sadly didn't take pictures from the very beginning. So PLEASE be honest, I'm just curious!

Yes big difference. Your face looks a lot different and everywhere else. Well done! I find it really hard to notice any changes when I look in the mirror. I think taking photos helps3

@1shedev @danhib @StacyChrz @zackrouton @queenliz99 THANK YOU guys, so much! That's really motivational for me. Finally losing over 100 lbs I gained throughout pregnancy 4 years ago! Things like this keep me going when I'm feeling like giving up1

Im not just saying it but you can see a difference. Its really hard to see because you lose fat and muscle pretty evenly over your body, but keep on going. The first month is always the best if you stick to your plan, you just can't lose hope if you have a bad week here and there. Its fine to fall off the wagon for a few day, especially if you have already lost a fair bit like you have. Just restart at the beginning of the week and hit it hard with determination and you will get there. Its just going to take a long time so be prepared to be patient before you start noticing a bigger difference. Its a gradual thing and the weekly photos help. Good luck!0
