Cutting weight

My name is Drew and I'm a competitive power lifter. Recently I've decided to drop down a weight class, and I'll be losing about 30 pounds over the next 3 1/2 months...while trying my hardest to maintain strength and muscle mass. Been doing body beast workout on dvds. Any pointers on increasing muscle and losing love handles?1

Mandac433 I believe u can get just as much carryover fat loss wise from heavy high intensity training, and good diet...as you would from cardio work. If your feeling soft around the midsection, u probably need to tighten ur diet up.0
