I have osteoarthritis in both of my knees & my lower back so it's really hard for me to work out for long let alone at all! I've been struggling with my weight all my life & I have absolutely no self confidence at all, so this year I made it my goal to lose 50 pounds! I just need simple cardio workout ideas that I'm going to be able to handle with my back & my knees! I can't do squats or sit ups

That's a tough one. Swimming is probably your best option. Maybe resistance bands would be good for working your upper body but ask a professional first. Seated workouts such as shoulder presses may put less pressure on your back than standing. Sorry I couldn't be more help, best of luck to you0

I've heard people say that strength training can actually really HELP arthritis. Maybe have a look into it. I would think that most cardio (apart from swimming) would be higher impact than a progressive strength programme.0

Swimming is probably best.
Recumbent bike perhaps. Rebounding is great for bad knees, but I'm not sure how your back will fare.0 -
I love using beachbody workout programs! there are a lot of modifiers for the workouts. some of the programs are shorter which is nice. They also sell shakeology (Meal replacement/snack) which i love to help get all my nutrients. Let me know if you want any more information!0
