Baked chicken breast

I'm having a hard time finding an accurate source for somethinf very simple. I would like to know how many calories per oz or per gram for completely plain baked boneless skinless chicken breast. Anyone?

Thank you! So there are approx 47 calories per oz? That seems high! But that's a darn good source so I'll go with it!

Not really. Considreng a portion size is 3-4 ounces

You'll find nutrition information all over the place for chicken breast. The one I buy typically says 120 calories for 3oz cooked... which is less than the USDA values. But I trim all the fat too. So who knows.
