Not lossing anything

Hello guys i have been on 1200 cal and exercise 40 min daily for around 2 weeks yet not lost any lb what am i doing wrong

    It's only been two weeks, not enough time to determine if there is a problem. Do you use a food scale to weigh everything? If not, start using one. Food scales get you on the right track.

    Sometimes it takes longer to start losing because your body can hold onto water even though fat has started coming off. Exercise swells your muscles some with water and glucose. Also make sure you are weighing your food in order to log the calories correctly.
