Very very basic resistance training ideas?

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie and am very overweight (BMI 43!)

I started a thread a few days ago about excercise and it sounds like the way to go for now is walking.

A few people have suggested some light resistance training too but I have no clue where to start... can anyone recommend some names of easier excercises I might be able to do and I can hopefully find a video on you tube to show me how to do them? Also what equipment will i need? Ie bands, weights etc..?
