Hello, I am currently in a cutting stage, I have a target of about 10 kg to loose, I have lost around 20 in about close to a year, it was a slow cut. I am currently observing the month of ramadan, which is when you fast for a month sundown to sunrise, I am getting my workouts in after my fast opens, so there is no probem there, this week I had to guess alot of the food, I was at my aunts house, they have no scale, I was overestimated the calories in the food to ensure, I was under I think, I was over today and couple days ago, the numbers were not to high, I was over by 200 or so, I was thinking of doing cardio, the only thing is when I open my fast even lifting weights is hard because the time frame is short between eating then lifting, I was thinking of calling it a bad week, then start next week fresh.

Don't quit for the week. It's too easy to get back into bad habits. Do the best you can given Ramadan fasting and eating schedule but don't throw in the towel completely. Can you maybe lift a little lighter than usual? Or trying some toning routines with lots of reps, light weights? I just think it's too easy to not start back up if you do a temporary quit. But that's me. Maybe you have more willpower!
